GLOW-70 vs KLOW-80: What’s the Difference?

GLOW-70 vs KLOW-80 shown by two research peptide blend vials side by side

GLOW-70 and KLOW-80 share the exact same three-compound foundation. The only difference between them is one additional research peptide, and knowing which one that is makes the comparison straightforward.

GLOW-70 vs KLOW-80: What’s the Difference?

These two blends look similar because they are similar. GLOW-70 and KLOW-80 share the exact same three-compound foundation. The entire comparison comes down to a single added ingredient.

The Shared Base

Both blends are built on the same three research peptides, at the same amounts:

GHK-Cu

50 mg in both blends. Copper-peptide studied for skin and extracellular matrix biology.

BPC-157

10 mg in both blends. Gastric-derived peptide studied for tissue repair mechanisms.

TB-500

10 mg in both blends. Thymosin beta-4 fragment studied for cytoskeletal and cell migration research.

Research framing: This article is intended for educational and research-context discussion only. Both blends are research compounds sold for laboratory investigation only. This content does not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, or treatment recommendations of any kind, and makes no comparative efficacy claims between the two products.

The One Difference: KPV

KLOW-80 adds a fourth component that GLOW-70 does not contain: KPV at 10 mg, a tripeptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of alpha-MSH, studied for its ability to modulate NF-κB and MAP-kinase inflammatory signaling largely independent of classical melanocortin receptors. That single addition, and the resulting 10mg weight difference, is the entire distinction between the two blends. GLOW-70 totals 70mg; KLOW-80 totals 80mg, the source of each name.

Neither blend, nor the shared three-compound base, nor the four-compound version, has been studied as a combination in the published literature. Each individual component has its own independent research record. This comparison is a composition comparison, not an efficacy comparison, and none is implied.
